BYOD for iOS and Android BYOD uses the Outlook application to manage email, calendar, and contacts. It keeps company data separate from the rest of your phone without the need to have your device itself managed. To get started with BYOD: Open the Apple App Store / Google Play Store depending on your device. Search for Microsoft Outlook. On iOS tap Get, on Android tap Install. On Android only: search for Intune and Install the Intune Company Portal app. You will not need to enroll with the Company Portal, but you will need it installed. Open Outlook. If prompted tap Get Started, uncheck any local accounts, and tap Skip. Enter your CS Email and Password. Tap OK on the pop-up that says Your IT department is now helping you protect your account… Re-open the app. You will be prompted to create a 6-digit PIN. Your device will begin in Quarantine (inbox displays your device has been blocked...). Submit a Service Desk ticket requesting access to the BYOD iPhone or Android group (based on your device) and release from Quarantine.
